LSSD

Provide service to the nation by carrying out R&D for the utilization of technologically problematic areas such as low-lying, landslide-prone & derelict land for human settlements

Latest technology equipments, experience and knowledge of the staff, site offices in appropriate place are facilitated to achieve the above objectives.

BMD

Carry out R&D and introduce cost effective building materials, Provide consultancy and testing services to the construction sectors with a view to earning revenue, assist in the developments of standards, specifications guidelines and codes of practices for physical and mechanical testing of construction sectors.

Latest technology equipments, latest and currently used standards, enough amount of computers with internet facilities in order to update the modern R&D information and experience and knowledge of the staff and labourers are facilitated to achieve the above objectives. As a government sector it has a good name among the contractors and consultants due to past efficiency services.

ED

Carry out R&D for procedures and technologies in the industries in mitigate impacts on the environment, provide consultancy and testing services to the shelter sectors with a view to earning revenue, provide information-technology based solutions to enhance efficiency of the shelter sector latest technology equipments and machineries, latest and currently used standards and experience and knowledge of the staff and labourers are facilitated to achieve the above objectives.

GED

Carry out R&D in soil mechanics and foundation engineering particularly for the developments needs of the shelter sector of the country. Rehabilitate rural roads latest technology equipments and machineries and experience and knowledge of the staff and laborers are facilitated to achieve the above objectives.

HSD

Carry out R&D for low-income housing, urban land and human settlements related services.

Latest technology equipments and experience and knowledge of the staff , are facilitated to achieve the above objectives.

PMD

Carryout R&D for qualitative and quantitative improvement of the building industry. Consultancy work to the shelter sectors and building industries. Consist of professional and technical staff including Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Draftsmen, Technical Officers and supporting staff and enough amount of equipments are facilitated to achieve the above objectives.

FINANCE

Handling accounts and budgetary controls, Consist of qualified experience staff is facilitated to achieve the above objectives.

ADMINISTRATION

Preparation of administrative services such as recruitment, building maintenance, calling for quotations, hiring vehicles Consist of qualified experience staff is facilitated to achieve the above objectives.
