Designing and preparation of Architectural, Structural and Services Drawings. Having experienced and competent in-house architects, draftsman and with the capability of having expert knowledge of the renowned architects in Sri Lanka, PMD is capable of providing best architectural services in the country.
Preparation of tender documents, calling for tenders, tender evaluation and advice on selection of a contractor. PMD is capable of carrying out procurement works utilizing all the industry standard documents in the world today such as Conditions of Contract - CIDA SBD1, SBD2, SCA1, SCA/3/I, SCA/2/I (Sri Lankan Conditions and Specifications), FIDIC, World Bank CoC etc.
PMD is competent in carrying out all this procurement work adhering to, NPA, IDA and World Bank, guidelines.
Project Management Services including Quality controlling, Construction supervision, Progress monitoring and reporting. These include all other relevant recommendations and documents such as Extension of Time, Interim Payment Certificates, Progress Reports, Variation Order Evaluation and Consultancy payment invoicing.
